Patrick Rincher is living proof that your past doesn’t disqualify your purpose.

Once incarcerated and written off by society, Patrick made the decision to turn his life around, not just for himself, but for the next generation. After his release, he pursued education with passion, earning two degrees, including one fully funded by his employer, a multi-billion-dollar global luxury car manufacturer.

In 2022, Patrick was granted a full pardon, a powerful confirmation of the transformation that had already taken place in his life.

Today, Patrick speaks to students, educators, and communities across the country with one mission: to help young people rise above their circumstances and step into their calling with integrity, ownership, and excellence. His story has already saved lives, including a student who once told him, “I was planning to run away today… but after hearing what you said, I’ve changed my mind.”

Patrick’s voice is raw, real, and full of hope. Whether he’s speaking in a school auditorium, mentoring young men, or helping communities build back stronger, Patrick brings a message that changes people from the inside out.

Patrick’s mission is to transform his personal comeback story into a source of inspiration for students, showing them that setbacks can be overcome and dreams can be achieved.  Through authentic storytelling, engaging school presentations and motivational speaking, he strives to empower young people to build resilience, embrace their potential and make positive choices.  By partnering with schools, he aims to provide educators with a powerful resource for fostering student motivation and personal growth.
